Clay-limestone, 
stony and shallow.
Cool maceration before pressing. Fermentation at low temperatures to retain aromas and flavours.

Our Vineyard

Monte Carlo Azur, Côte De Provence Rosé Vineyards are raised on extremely arid soils between Luc and Besse-sur-Issole (Var center). The optimal sunshine and the mistral give the wine concentration and richness.
