Winemaking

This beautiful blend delicately marries 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, and 10% Syrah.

The vineyards of this exceptional wine flourish on arid terroirs between Le Luc and Besse-sur-Issole, in the heart of central Var. The clay-limestone, rocky, and shallow soil, combined with optimal sunshine and the mistral breeze, gives the wine a unique concentration and richness.

On the nose, a complex expression unfolds, subtly blending citrus and peaches. The ample attack and silky texture offer harmony on the palate. Monte-Carlo Jazmin is the perfect ally for your aperitifs or to enhance all your summer dishes. A refreshing taste experience awaits you.

Our Vineyard

Monte Carlo Jazmin, Côte De Provence Rosé Vineyards are raised on extremely arid soils between Luc and Besse-sur-Issole (Var center). The optimal sunshine and the mistral give the wine concentration and richness.
